👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sifted cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the egg whites one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla extract.
5. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture, starting and ending with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
6. Stir in the vegetable oil until the batter is smooth.
7. Divide the batter evenly into the prepared pans and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cakes to cool completely on wire racks.
9. Prepare the buttercream frosting: beat the butter until creamy, gradually add confectioners’ sugar, then cream or milk, and vanilla extract. Continue beating until smooth and fluffy.
10. Level the cooled cake layers if needed, stack and apply a thin crumb coat of frosting, then chill for 15-20 minutes. Follow with a smooth final coat of buttercream.

🎨 Decoration & Design
Cover the cake with smooth white buttercream and then apply a thin layer of rolled white fondant to create the “gown” look.
Use fondant ruffles or draped fondant strips down one side to resemble flowing fabric of a bridal dress.
Add lace texture using a mold or piping tip at the waistline or bodice area.
Dust with edible pearl dust to give a subtle satin sheen.
Apply silver sugar pearls around the base and waistline for a jewelry-like effect.
Add a satin ribbon or edible lace belt around the cake to finish the bridal gown effect.
Place a small fondant bow or sugar flower bouquet at the front waist for extra elegance.
Display on a white or mirrored cake stand to enhance the bridal gown aesthetic.
